1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (such as the original receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Items that are marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the product (if applicable, e.g., defective item)

After receiving your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as size issues or change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
